Philip D. Nolan, P. Eng., Principal, Structural Engineer

Philip D. Nolan, P. Eng. has thirty years of progressive and responsible engineering experience. He graduated in 1981 from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec with a Bachelor of Engineering degree.

Philip was a contributor and developer for the first edition of CAN/CSA-S502-14 - Managing changing snow load risks for buildings in Canada's North.

In 2007, Philip attended an intensive training course to become certified as an expert in Fall Protection design. Since then, he has been involved in several new and retrofit projects for building designs in the NWT. He is currently working on a comprehensive fall protection design for a new air terminal building in Inuvik, NT involving passive and active systems. 

Thru continuing education, he has become certified as a Welding Engineer certified to CSA W47.1 Fusion Welding of Steel Company Certification and represents nine member Canadian Welding Bureau member firms in the NWT.

Philip is currently seeking certification as a Welding Engineer under CSA W47.2 Fusion Welding of Aluminum Company Certification.

Philip is also working towards becoming certified as a LEED AP under the Building Design and Construction sector.







Mostafa El-Ashmawy, Professional Engineer, Saudi Arabia

Mostafa is a professional engineer who has worked with our firm for five plus years as and when required. 

Mostafa is an expert in Building Information Modeling and AutoDESK Revit Structure and Robot Millennium in particular. 

Mostafa assists Phil creating working models of structures and apply load case/load combinations to determine envelope effects for proper design to meet strength and serviceability.

Mostafa is a Certified Revit Professional and provides valuable training to Philip so he can harness the power of a building Information Model to its full extent. 

Mostafa calls Riyadh Saudi Arabia home. We collaborate on projects using Microsoft Teams and interactive web meetings.





Eric Condon, Expert 3D Modeler - Revit , AutoCAD Expert

Eric has been in the commercial and residential construction industry for 15 years. Eric is very proficient with AutoCAD and an expert with Autodesk Revit. 

Eric has worked for StructureAll Ltd. on a contract basis for the past three years and continues to exceed our expectations. 

Eric calls Winnipeg, Manitoba home. We collaborate on projects using Microsoft Teams and interactive web meetings.
